The Agricultural Olive Oil Cooperative of Stypsi, which produces the internationally recognized and acclaimed OIL OF STYPSIS, in collaboration with the Department of Food Science & Nutrition of the University of the Aegean, has started to implement an innovative research project for the production of biofunctional oil products with special nutritional and functional properties! This action is part of the program "Strengthening cooperation agreements between companies and research and innovation agencies" with OPS code 3901 of the North Aegean operational program 2014-2020 of the North Aegean Region with Act Code: BAP2-0062094. The project has a duration of two years (2021 - 2023) and is co-financed by the European Union - European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and National Resources
